Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MeroCircle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials secure and your info accurate.
• You must meet the minimum age required to use the service in your region.

3. Your content

• You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it in MeroCircle for operating the service.
• Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. There is no tolerance in MeroCircle for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Prohibited uses

• Spam, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt or break the service.
• Posting others’ personal data without consent.

5. Ads & monetization

Not launched yet. If we introduce ads or creator/artist earnings later, we’ll publish details in-app and here before launch.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations. You can delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content

• No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. MeroCircle is a social app with user-generated photos, videos, stories, profiles, and messages. You may not post or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, promotes self-harm, glorifies violence, or involves minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We may remove such content and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
• Filtering and moderation. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to help keep MeroCircle safe. We may hide, restrict, or remove content that we believe violates these Terms or our community guidelines, and we may limit the visibility of repeat offenders.
• Reporting and blocking. The app includes tools to report posts, stories, and accounts, and to block other users. If you see something that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe, you can report it directly in the app. Blocking a user prevents further direct contact and limits how they can interact with your content.
• Our response to reports. We review reports and take appropriate action as quickly as we reasonably can, especially for serious safety issues. Actions may include removing content, limiting features, or closing accounts.
• Law enforcement and safety. Where we believe there is a real risk of harm or illegal activity, we may report issues to law enforcement or other authorities as permitted by law.
